Daiana Dajulescu is a young female pilot who lives in Bucharest.

Ever since she was 16, she worked hard and followed her dream of becoming a pilot.

Her talk will be on how leadership is shaped under pressure, not in comfort, and how the skills required in high responsibility environments can be learned and applied long before someone holds a formal leadership role.
