Daniela Baitan is a chemistry teacher at Ioanid International High School in Bucharest. She completed a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

Her talk will challenge the understanding of achievement as a linear journey – knowing the proper path from an early stage: choosing the “right” subject, working for “that particular” degree, securing the “right” job.

But who is to decide what defines the right path? If what we look for is a recipe, then attainment’s ingredients and steps will be the backbone of a cooking book. Many more files are to be written before arriving at a perfectly cooked achievement.
